How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent for your purchase. You can also contact us directly at support@barberus.shop to check the status of your order.

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our four fulfillment centers where we will securely package, handle & ship your items within 1-3 business days. It usually takes us 12 - 18 hours to ship an order after it has been paid. 

How long does delivery take?

Shipping for orders placed from the US take about 10 days as we are currently shipping stock to the US. Check back again soon to see if there's an update. 

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Do you deliver products internationally?

Barberus successfully ships worldwide each day. We have thousands of happy customers in every corner around the world! To be exact, we shipped to 96 countries this year and counting! 

Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our proudcts is available & Accessible to everyone. If you are unable to complete your checkout due to error "Shipping Country Not Supported" - we are unable to ship this order to your shipping destination. 

WHY WAS I CHARGED $X.XX AND $XX.XX APPEARS IN PAYPAL OR ON MY INVOICE?

This is due to the website charging in USD. PLEASE NOTE: While the prices may display in your local currency you will be charged in USD.

I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you and may even get to you all at one package. We will do whatever we can to make sure you get each of your units ASAP without wasting processing & handling times. 

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use and we are strictly against such a buying experience

How secure is my personal information?

Barberus adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information. We will not share your information or discuss it with anyone within our company and to any third-party. 

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments.

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored. Barberus cannot and will not keep any data of your payment information.
